These Terms govern access to and use of OAT's websites, public APIs, enterprise platforms, and sovereign infrastructure services.

Services are intended for organizations, regulated institutions, and authorized representatives. Consumer access is provided on a limited, non-commercial basis.
Users may not reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or use OAT services to violate Saudi law, infringe rights, or develop competing sovereign AI infrastructure.
All OAT models, software, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Open All Technology or its licensors.
Information exchanged during engagement is confidential and may only be disclosed under signed NDAs or as required by law.
OAT targets enterprise-grade availability with SLA terms defined in commercial agreements. Public websites are provided "as is".
Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by Saudi law.
OAT may suspend or terminate access for breach, regulatory requirement, or risk to the sovereign infrastructure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved before the competent courts of Riyadh.
