This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, customers, partners, and contributors interacting with Open All Technology (OAT), its websites, products, and enterprise platforms across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
OAT processes personal and enterprise data in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and aligned international frameworks.

We process identification data (name, role, organization), contact data (email, phone), professional data submitted through partnership and investor forms, technical data (IP, device, session), and enterprise data processed under signed agreements with our clients.
Processing is performed on the lawful bases of contractual necessity, legitimate enterprise interest, regulatory obligation under PDPL and SAMA frameworks, and explicit consent where required.
Personal and enterprise data processed by OAT is hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through sovereign infrastructure aligned with SDAIA and NDMO residency requirements.
OAT does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with vetted sub-processors under written agreements, with regulatory authorities where legally required, and within the OAT group for the operation of enterprise services.
Data is retained only for the period necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, and preserve evidentiary records under regulated industries.

OAT applies enterprise-grade security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, identity and access governance, audit logging, and continuous monitoring across its sovereign cloud.
